Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the items you purchased from our web site as long as all original components are returned in new condition. Pro Tech Technologies will then refund the purchase price of the product portion of your order less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please call Pro Tech Customer Service at 1-203-210-7230 or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return the product with the RMA Number noted on the outside of the package to: Pro Tech Technologies, Inc., 217 Westport Road, Wilton, CT 06897. Include your name, address, and phone number along with the RMA Number inside your package. (Packages will not be processed without this mandatory RMA information.)
Service Policy
If your product requires service while under warranty, call Pro Tech Customer Service at 1-203-210-7230 or email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return the product with the RMA Number noted on the outside of the package along with a short note explaining the problem to: Pro Tech Technologies, Inc., 217 Westport Road, Wilton, CT 06897. Include your (or your company's) name, address, and phone number along with the RMA Number inside your package. A repaired or replacement product will be sent within seven business days via standard ground transportation. (Packages will not be processed without this mandatory RMA information.)
For repair of any product not covered by or exceeding the date of warranty, simply follow the procedures above. Upon receiving the product, a service representative will contact you with the cost of repair or replacement. Product will be shipped out within seven business days with standard shipping and handling charges incurred by the customer.
This warranty is enforceable only in the USA. Customers who wish to purchase this product outside the USA should contact a local Authorized Dealer.

In the United States we ship via UPS from Wilton, Connecticut. The shipping priority can be selected when placing your order. Please allow one to three business days (Mon-Fri) for order processing. UPS shipping does not apply to Saturday or Sunday. Shipping charges include a handling charge to fulfill your order.
